Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all our products if your order meets the requirement of $300 or more in the United States.

If you receive damaged artwork, please contact us immediately and send pictures for a replacement to: info.objectsnaframe@gmail.com

If you're not satisfied with the product and there are no damages, you may return it at your own expense. Please review our return policy below. Please report any damages or concerns within 3 business days of receiving your order.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason and the item is undamaged, please contact us at info.objectsnaframe@gmail.com

We will issue a refund once we receive the returned product in its entirety. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Returns are accepted within 5 business days of receiving your package. The item must be returned in its original packaging, and the return shipping is at your cost. The item must be undamaged for a refund to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund is in process.
